  • Introduction
    • These regulations are addressed to all users of the website available at stormstreaming.com, and containing products and services offered by Web-Anatomy s.c. based in Poland (hereinafter referred to as the Service Provider)
    • These regulations define the relationship between the Service Provider and you - the website user or the Service Provider's customer.
  • Definitions
    • Terms used in this agreement have the following meanings:
      • Regulations - means these regulations and conditions thereof.
      • User - a person visiting and using the Website
      • Customer - a user who purchases Services and Products via the Website
      • Website - deceptive website at: stormstreaming.com
      • Software - means software created and distributed by the Service Provider
      • Products - means Software offered in the form of a license
      • Services - means Software offered in the form of services
      • Technical support - means providing technical support services by the Licensor in relation to the Software
      • License Key - the alphanumeric code required to run the Software and provided by the Service Provider
      • Technical documentation - means materials in written and graphic form describing the operation and functionality of the Software
      • Program error - indicates a fault in the operation of the Program
      • Example - a fragment of a program, script, graphic element illustrating the functionality of the Software
  • Access to services
    • The website enables access to Products and Services offered by the Service Provider.
    • The Products and Services are not intended for use by persons under the age of 18.
    • The Service Provider reserves the right to change the information and offers available on the Website at any time, in particular:
      • Remove or limit the availability of Products and Services;
      • Change their functionality;
      • Price changes, including periodic promotions and discounts;
      • Issue of updates;
      • Adding new Products and Services;
    • Through the Website, it is possible to provide the Technical Support service offered together with the Products and Services. The detailed conditions for obtaining Technical Support are specified in the relevant license agreements.
    • Technical documentation regarding Products and Services is subject to proprietary copyright. It is not allowed to copy or modify it without the consent of the Service Provider.
    • The Service Provider reserves the right to limit the availability of its Products and Services in selected countries.
    • All forms of communication with the Service Provider are in English.
  • Introduction:
    • In order to purchase Products and Services, the User is obliged to create an account on the Website and activate it correctly by means of a verification message.
    • Creating an account on the Website is free of charge and does not involve any fees.
    • Logging in to the Website is done by entering your e-mail address and password.
    • At any time, without giving any reason and without incurring any fees, the User may delete his/her account through an appropriate option on the Website in the "Settings" tab. Account deletion will not be possible if the user has active subscription plans for Products or active Services.
    • If the Account is deleted, the User will irretrievably lose access to all purchased License Keys, but the use of the Software is still possible.
  • User's rights and obligations
    • The User is obliged to provide true information about himself/herself, in particular his/her full name and, in the case of representing a business entity or institution, its full address details along with the associated tax identification numbers.
    • In the event that the above data is no longer valid, the User is obliged to immediately update it via an appropriate form on the Website.
    • Only one account is allowed on the Site. Duplicate accounts will be removed.
    • The User is obliged to keep his/her login details and password confidential from persons and third parties.
    • The User declares that he/she is an adult, has read, understands and accepts all the provisions of these Regulations.
  • Payments
    • The Service Provider is entitled to charge fees for the purchase of Products (licenses) and access to the Services offered on the Website.
    • Detailed price lists for individual Products and Services can be found in the dedicated sections of the Website.
    • The Service Provider offers the following payment methods on its Website:
      • Payment by credit or debit VISA / Mastercard.
      • Fee in cryptocurrency BTC (BitCoin)
      • Payment by bank transfer.
    • The Service Provider does not guarantee the continued availability of all payment methods on the Website.
    • Access to the purchased Products and Services depends on the confirmation of the transaction from the payment operator and, as a rule, does not exceed 30 minutes, excluding payments made by bank transfer.
    • In the case of payments made by bank transfer, the Products and Services will be made available within 36 hours from the moment the payment is credited to the Service Provider's bank account, however, the Service Provider will act in this matter without undue delay.
    • In the event that the received amount of the fee is lower than the price of the Product or Service determined by the Service Provider, these will not be released until the full amount is received.
    • If the full amount for the purchased Product or Service is not received within 30 days, the amount received will be returned to the Customer after deducting a handling fee of 10% of this amount.
    • The Service Provider will issue a sales document in the form of a VAT invoice within 7 days from the date of the correct posting of the payment from the User.
    • All prices listed on the Service Provider's Website are net prices expressed in Euro. Depending on the Licensee's tax residence, the applicable value added tax (VAT) may be added to the final price.
    • The User is obliged to pay on his/her own and report to the relevant tax authority all tax liabilities in the form of value added tax (VAT), withholding tax, customs duties and the like.
  • Technical requirements
    • For the proper and comfortable use of the Website, it is necessary to:
      • Have an electronic device that offers access to the Internet via a web browser.
      • Cookies enabled.
      • When making orders and purchases - an active e-mail account (e-mail)
  • Trade marks
    • The names of Products and Services, their logos and graphic elements are registered trademarks of the Service Provider in the European Union and / or other countries.
    • The Service Provider does not grant any rights, titles or licenses to use trademarks belonging to him/her. The above is possible after obtaining an appropriate permit.
    • The names of third party products and services may appear on the Website. They are in no way related to the Service Provider and are informative or comparative.
  • Other provisions
    • In matters not covered by this contract, the provisions of the civil law of the Service Provider shall apply.
    • The Service Provider may at his/her discretion change the provisions and conditions of the Regulations.
    • In the event of modification of the content of these Regulations, the Service Provider is obliged to notify the registered Users and Customers of the Website about changes to its terms via e-mail. The above notification will be delivered to the e-mail address provided in the registration form within 15 days before the planned implementation of the new provisions.
    • All data collected by the Service Provider towards Users and Customers will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the Website.
    • The Service Provider has the right to transfer his/her obligations resulting from this agreement to a third party at any time, after prior notification to the License.
